Measurement Guide

Important notice:

We recommend that you have a friend helps you on this for the most accurate results. 

Starting with marking your waist with a rope. Your waist is the narrowest part of your upper body about 2-3cm above your belly button where usually your skirt begins.

Please save a copy with you and reach us anytime if you have any concerns.

General Measurements

1. Bust

Around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.

2. Waist

Around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your upper body, generally located 2-3 cm above your belly button. Keep tape horizontally and slightly loose to allow for breathing room.

3. Bottoms

Around your bottoms at the fullest point. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

4. Shoulder to Waist

From the middle of your shoulder, go down over your nipple to the waist. Keep tape vertical to the floor.

5. Length of Back

From the middle of your single shoulder to your waist on back. Keep tape vertical to the floor.

6. Shoulder to Nipple

From the middle of your single shoulder to your nipple. Keep tape vertical to the floor. 

7. Nipple to Nipple

From nipple to nipple. 

8. Shoulder to Shoulder

From the edge of your shoulder socket to the same point on the other shoulder. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.  

9. Armhole

From your shoulder to armpit, and back up behind your shoulder until it meets the starting end. Keep tape vertically straight along the back and front of your shoulder.

10. Biceps

Let your hands and arms drop naturally to your side. Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm. Keep the tape again your skin, but do not let it dig into it.

11. Upper Bust

Around the upper breast, across your shoulder blades and under your armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

12. Under Bust

Around your under bust, where your bra band would sit. Keep tape straight and parallel with the floor. 

13. Arm Length

Let your hands and arms drop naturally to your side. Measure from outer shoulder point, along your arms to your wrist.

14. Wrist

Measure around your wrist where wrist bone sticks out. It is also where standard long sleeves end.

15. Over Arm Circumference

Let your arms drop naturally to your side. Draw tape around outer upper arms, across your upper bust and back until it meets the starting end. Keep tape vertically straight along the front and back.

16. Neck

Measure around the end of your neck.
